These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the federal and state or territorial courts in the jurisdiction where Glamour Exchange is headquartered. You and Glamour Exchange consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in such courts.
